I have served in a variety of roles during my educational career. I have been an elementary teacher, school principal, lab school director, curriculum developer, department chair, dean, and a member and officer in several state and national organizations. I have many areas of interest that include the improvement of science education, the implementation of Invitational Education Theory into schools, the improvement of leadership skills for teachers and school administrators, and the development of creativity in students and teachers.
