Dr. Ricco has earned a wide variety of degrees from physics/engineering to marketing to business administration with a focus on leadership.  He is the Program Coordinator ("department chair") at CSU-Global Campus for both Marketing and Business Management, and has created a Video Reflective Journal model and some early results, that will be shared during the presentation
